Blondies are a great versatile dessert because you can add any dried fruit, nut, seed or flavored chip to the batter making delicious combinations you will crave.

Here are some of our favorite variations:

  • Dark Chocolate Chips and dried blueberries or cherries.
  • Dark Chocolate Chips and praline bits.
  • White Chocolate Chips with dried apricots and pumpkin seeds.
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter chips with chopped peanuts.

Pumpkin Version:

Dry ingredients: add 1 1/3 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 tsp nutmeg, 1/3 tsp cloves to dry mix

Wet ingredients: reduce butter to 1/3 cup, add 1/3 cup pumpkin

Add 1 cup vanilla chips or chocolate chips after the wet and dry ingredients have been mixed together.
